1.If the cutter is very worn, it is necessary to remove the cutter and grind it on a grinder. When grinding on the grinder, an angle of 5° to 7° is required. After grinding, when fixing the screws, first fix the middle screw and then fix the screws on both sides to ensure the flatness of the cutter. After fixing the cutter, push the slider up tightly, neither too loose nor too tight. If it is too tight, it will get stuck. If it is too loose, the gap of the knife will be larger.
After the slider is fixed, adjust the two top screws and the pull-out screws.First loosen the screws on the top, and slowly pull the front and back to the left and right? Then use a thinner material to try on the cutter, while loosening it, pull it out, and do it on the left and right sides at the same time. After the left and right sides can be cut off, fix the screws on the left and right top with nuts. . After setting, apply a little oil. In this way, the knife will last longer when used lightly.
2.If the cutter is a little worn, adjust the top screw and the pull screw, use the screw to grind the blade slightly flat, wait until it is a little sharper and you can cut it off.
