How to solve the different lengths of bags made by heat sealing cold cutting bag-making machine

02四道热风冷切制袋机

If the heat sealing cold cutting bag making machine produces non-printed bags with different lengths, it can be checked and adjusted from the following two aspects.

  1. Mechanical parts
    A. Check whether the pressure of the plastic rubber roller is good or not. If the pressure is too loose, some bags will be slippery. If the pressure is not enough, they will not be delivered.
    B. The place where the material is fed at the back should not be too heavy (the mat should not be too heavy). If the feeding place is too heavy, the pressure of the plastic rubber roller will also cause the bag to slip.
  2. The electrical part
    A. Check the stepper motor, driver, servo motor, servo driver. If the current is not enough, the torque is not enough, and the film is not delivered in place, it will cause the length of the bag. If the motor and driver are damaged, there will be abnormal sound, and there may be a clicking sound when feeding.
    B. Check the parameter settings, such as frequency and gear. If the frequency is set too high and the material is pulled too fast and the mechanical resistance is relatively large, the bag length will be shortened.

If the length of the printed bags produced by the heat sealing cold cutting bag making machine is different, you can check and adjust from the following three aspects:

A.Check if there is no error when making non-printed bags.
B.Check whether the photoelectric color mark tracking is off the mark. Some printing bags with small strips may be off-label.
C.Check for printing errors.
