Notes On The Use Of The Machine
- Check whether the knife frame and guide roller are clean (before starting the machine);
- Check whether the air tube pneumatic components are leaking and whether the air pressure is normal (in operation);
- Check whether the fixing screws of the deflection sensor；EPC guide pillar； the fixing screw on the slider is loose (in operation);
- Check whether there is abnormal noise in the main motor, reducer and EPC (in operation);
- Check whether the upper and lower cutting knives are sharp and the product has no burrs;
- Check whether the electrical switches, buttons and indicators on the electric control box are normal in appearance and function (in operation).
