1.The customer ordered the whole container of machines

B.We disassemble the machine structure, and after the machine is shipped to the customer, the customer assembles it according to the markings.
C.By modifying the machine, we stack the two machines on top and bottom to a height no higher than the height of a 40′ high container. If the machine cannot be modified to stack directly, we can also fit the machine into the top and bottom by welding channels steel.The same container length, previously only one can be loaded, in this way can be loaded to two.
D.Most of the machine body parts are hollow, it is recommended that customers buy some machines need to use more accessories to fill the machine. On the one hand, better use of the container space, on the one hand, in the process of using the machine, if you encounter bad accessories, you can not need to wait, immediately have accessories to replace, and do not need to pay the shipping costs of accessories.
2.The machine ordered by the customer is not enough to fill the container, and can only be transported through the way of LCL
If the customer ordered few machines and can’t fill the whole container, they can only be transported by LCL to save the shipping cost. In order to protect the machine better, the machine needs to be packed by fumigated wooden box. We just remove as much as possible on the machine that can be disassembled to reduce the size of the wooden box packaging, thus reducing the transportation costs.
