A few of the basic information we need to know

1.we need to know what material will be produced on the film blowing machine.Normally,it is LDPE.HDPE.LLDPE.PP

2.We need to know the use of the product, whether it is used for packaging or making bags or sheets. This is because we choose different film blowing machine models for making bags and sheets.

3.We need to know the max.width and Min. width and the thickness of the film you want to produce on one film blowing machine.

4.Find out if the requirements for your product are high and if it comes with printing or lamination.This will decide the film blowing machine specification.

Choose a single-layer blown film machine or a multi-layer co-extruded?

If the film blowing machine has only one screw, we call it single layer film blowing machine. If the film blowing machine has two or more screws, we call it multi-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine.

1.If we mainly produce transparent bags with brand new material and the customers don’t have particularly high requirements, we can choose single screw film blowing machine.

2.If we plan to produce HDPE film or vest bag and consider to reduce the cost, we can consider ABA three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine.ABA film blowing machine can add filler or other materials to help reduce the raw material cost.

3.If we need transparency, pull-up degree and other high-end performance products. Such as courier bags, ground film, greenhouse film, etc. can choose ABC three-layer co-extruded film blowing machine.
